Pre-acquisition planning - LRHc professionals, working with the Client Management Teams and Steering Committee, provide key management support considerations to insure clear development and understanding of the overall Goals and Objectives, Planning Budget, and Key Measurement Metrics, so as to insure acceptance by all parties to the agreed upon Execution Plan.  In conjunction, a comprehensive project schedule is jointly developed with the Client, to insure all functional areas at both sites have been addressed, and that all critical task activities clearly provide defined, measureable support  to the plan over time.
